Independent infrastructure
XPERPS is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by X Corp., X Money, Robinhood, Robinhood Chain, or Lighter. Third-party names are used only to identify the services with which XPERPS interacts.
Trading risk and eligibility
Perpetual contracts and leverage can lead to rapid loss of collateral. You are responsible for ensuring that access to the venue and products is permitted in your location, and for meeting the venue’s eligibility and account requirements. Orders are executed by third-party infrastructure. A submitted order is not a confirmed fill.
Fees and payouts
XPERPS retains no platform fee. An optional, explicitly approved 1 bp beneficiary fee applies to executed notional, in addition to venue fees, and credits the registered trading account. Selecting a handle without enabling the fee records volume only. Payout availability depends on provider access, beneficiary verification, restrictions, reconciliation and available funds. X Money is not enabled. No affiliation with X or any named venue is implied.
Use of the service
Do not use XPERPS for unlawful activity, impersonation or market manipulation. Third-party outages, changing APIs and account restrictions may interrupt service. No displayed information is personalized investment advice or a promise of returns.
